How is it March already? The first two months have flown by but March always makes me feel positive, it feels like Spring is around the corner. Blue skies! Who knew they were still a thing?!......and the Sun is even giving us a peak! Hey there we've missed you!!
March also makes me feel motivated. To step up and keep it moving. To push through and try some new challenges. International Womens Day this month focuses on Resilience. Keeping going even when internal or external struggles can make it seem so hard.
We've all been there haven't we? And you know what? We can absolutely make it through. Together. This month; give yourself one new challenge. Choose one thing that's causing a barrier and strive to find ways, get support and begin to overcome them.
At Funky Fiitness I'm trialling our Monday Motivator as my challenge. Ngl Monday's for me are hard atm. But I know that when I had my ladies showing up to work out with me in the evenings...it made all the difference. It was a small group....with a BIG reward.
