Happy May peeps! Today's blog is about being decisive. Worrying less.....and doing more. I'm challenging myself to try to lessen something that I do far too much....overthink. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
So after to-ing and fro-ing as is my natural thought process; I decided to try something different and just get it done! 😲😄
So you'll notice two things on the app - first: 4 consecutive classes to book rather than just 1 and second: no checking of who can attend. Why? Because over-planning, over-thinking and debating rarely results in positive progress. And this month I've decided not to let my anxious mind control me so much and just be a bit more NIKE (Just Do It 😂)
So I'll see you for whichever classes you can attend. And I'll be working out towards my own fitness and well-being goals even if there's no one in attendance! 💪🏻 Because I have my "Why" and I know you do too. 🥰
